Сейчас на разных сео-форумах можно увидеть объявления о продаже доменных имен с возрастом, тицем, и ценами выше, чем вы могли видеть у фирм, где можно зарегистрировать чистые, новые домены для сайтов. Цены отличаются ненамного. Когда стоимость новых доменов колеблется от семи долларов, то приобрести домены с возрастом и небольшим тиц можно от десяти долларов.
Но зачем это нужно людям? Не проще ли зарегистрировать домен самому с симпатичным названием? К сожалению, нет, сейчас после усовершенствований алгоритмов ранжирования ПС и расчета ТИЦ, молодой сайт стало сложнее раскрутить и продвинуть в выдачу. Все из-за того, что сейчас чем больше возраст домена, тем больше доверия со стороны поисковых систем. Например, у биржи GoGetLinks существует критерий отбора ресурсов для принятия в систему: сайту должно быть от полугода, и тиц более десяти.
У поисковика Google есть «песочница» для молодых сайтов, из которой вылезти не так быстро. В этих случаях закупаются ссылки с жирных сайтов, и это удовольствие не дешевое. Чтобы от этого избавиться и занимаются приобретением доменов с возрастом. Т.к домен старый, отстоявшийся, то на него должны быть ссылки, которые в течении долгого времени не изменились. И Яндекс эти ссылки очень любит
При приобретении домена, нужно проверить какие ссылки на него ссылаются. Так как эти ссылки могут быть покупными, с ежедневной оплатой, а не естественные. Поэтому это нужно проверить перед приобретением. Иначе индекс цитирования может сильно упасть.
И если у вас есть свободные деньги, то лучше покупать полностью сайт и далее монетизировать его в биржах, а ещё лучше уж покупать сайт уже принятый в GGL.
